Results are 7 months following open rhinoplasty to remove stacked Gortex dorsal implant, dorsal augmentation with autologous ear and septal cartilage, collumella strut graft with septal cartilage to straighten nasal tip deviation and to provide tip projection and tip refinement with removal of cephalic ala cartilage and reshaping of ala domes with suturing.
